Our Mission

My mission is to nurture business leaders in developing God’s Kingdom principles in their work. I believe Our Father desires a deeper relationship with us, one that impacts every aspect of life, including business.

The busyness of life often relegates that relationship to hurried prayers or scripture readings when time permits. Our Father understands this but desires to transform both our personal lives and businesses.

Our Values

Our vision is to see Christian businesses established on Kingdom principles, reflecting God’s truth, love, and forgiveness in their strategies, leadership, and treatment of employees.

Key biblical principles:

Isaiah 32:8:
“But the noble make noble plans, and by noble deeds they stand.”

Proverbs 16:3
:
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

Leadership

Our leadership values are grounded in Christ-centered principles:

Authenticity: Respecting each member as a unique individual in Christ.

Servanthood: Embracing service as the first calling of a leader.

Responsibility: Ensuring community growth and safety.

Courage: Living by biblical truths, even when challenged.

Simon Robertson

Simon graduated from Loughborough University, married Helen, and moved to South Africa in 1974. After encountering Christ in 1975, he transitioned from a career in mining to ministry with the Assemblies of God in 1983. Returning to the UK in 1988, Simon worked with CWR, where he developed courses, coordinated prayer, and qualified as a Christian Counsellor.

He later joined Ellel Ministries, involved in leadership, course development, prayer counselling, and teaching. Simon then re-entered the secular marketplace with companies like Fujitsu Services and Microsoft and then ran his own company for 8 1/2 years as a project consultant and a global trainer/coach in Project Management. After this he was involved with several Universities and as an Agile Coach/Trainer with Jaguar Landrover and finally as a trainer with the NHS. Now no longer in full-time employment, he mentors business leaders, nurturing spiritual growth and the prophetic ministry in the Church.
