about us

Empowering business entrepreneurs & church fellowship leaders to build enterprises & church fellowships rooted in God's Kingdom principles, reflecting His truth, righteousness, justice, love, and purpose through Christ-centered strategies, authentic leadership, and a commitment to transforming lives.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to partner with Business and Church Leaders like you to identify, develop and apply God’s Kingdom principles into your strategic plans. Because the Church/Fellowship/Ecclesia is God’s chosen way to develop and train Disciples we wish to encourage church leaders to build their fellowships around Kingdom principles rather then be shaped by the world’s expectations. We believe Our Father desires a deeper relationship with all of His people, one that impacts every aspect of life, whether it is in business or leading a church fellowship – it is all His Business because is is Head over all..

The busyness of life often relegates our relationship with the Father to hurried prayers or scripture readings when time permits but He loves us too much to let it continue that way – He is jealous for that relationship to be authentic and now! Our Father understands how many distractions – even apparently “Godly pursuits” – there can be in our lives. He is calling us all back to an intentional intimacy of relationship which will transform our personal lives, our fellowships and our businesses.

“Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”

Matthew 11:28–30 TLB

Our Vision

Our vision is to see Christian businesses and church fellowships established on Kingdom principles, relying on the wisdom and insight that God has provided through His Holy Spirit and reflecting God’s righteousness, justice, truth, love, and forgiveness in their planned strategies, leadership, treatment of employees and care of church members.

We see Kingdom businesses as being a mutually inclusive economy of God’s provision to support the outworking of Christ’s command to His Disciples using all the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and 5-fold ministries (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher) to build His Church, prepared for these last days.

Key biblical principles:

Matthew 28:18–20. NLT

“I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations,* baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Isaiah 32:8:
“But the noble make noble plans, and by noble deeds they stand.”

Proverbs 16:3
:
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

Leadership Values

Our leadership values are grounded in Christ-centered principles:

  • Authenticity: Respecting each member as a unique individual in Christ and reflecting God’s heart for all.
  • Servanthood: Embracing service as the first calling of a leader as the outward working of true love.
  • Responsibility: Ensuring community growth, accountability within an atmosphere of respect, and openness.
  • Courage: Living by biblical truths, even when challenged, walking by faith and trust in the Living God.

Simon Robertson

Simon graduated from Loughborough University, married Helen, and moved to South Africa in 1974. After encountering and surrendering His life to Christ in 1975, he continued in the mining world for another 8 1/2 years until in 1983 he transitioned from a career in mining to ministry with the Assemblies of God. Returning to the UK in 1988, Simon worked with Selwyn Hughes at CWR, where he developed courses, coordinated prayer, and qualified as a Christian Counsellor. He later joined Ellel Ministries, under the leadership of Peter Horrobin and Jill Southern-Jones and was involved in leadership, course development, prayer counselling, and teaching. Simon then re-entered the secular marketplace working for enterprises like the MOD, Fujitsu Services and Microsoft (UK) and then from December 2009 ran his own company for 8 1/2 years as a project and business consultant, mentor and a global trainer/coach in project management,  business leadership and management strategy. After this he was involved with several Universities as a Project/Programme Manager, Agile Coach and then as an Agile Coach/Trainer with Jaguar Landrover. Finally he ended his full time work as a trainer with the NHS.

In October 2024 God clearly called him to stop full time work and provide support to Businesses and Church fellowships – using his 50 years of experience in both business and the Church – calling them back to building using Kingdom Principles and to recognise the King is in control of all His Businesses. The Father has revealed that we are on the brink of a major move of God and our Father needs His Church to be ready and for His businesses to provide the support to His work that will be necessary in these last days.

Simon’s passion is to come alongside business and church leaders, when asked, to nurture spiritual growth, intimacy with God, discipleship and release the 5 -fold ministries (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher) in the Church, and strategic direction to Businesses in the Marketplace. His desire is to provide this support freely at minimum cost and a minimum membership fee and looks to live by tent-making activities as the Lord provides.
